Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@minilooms.pk.
Refunds (if eligible) are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
If the order is prepaid, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund posts.
Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Please note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
